Track record.

With over 30 years of experience as an independent advisor and litigator, he is the founding partner of Martín Giovani Orrego M., now known as Orrego & Monagas Abogados S.A.S.

Since 2005, he has served as a Class A Arbitrator at the Medellín Chamber of Commerce for Antioquia, participating in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings. He is also an arbitrator at the Lonja de Medellín and at the Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana de Medellín.

He has been appointed as an Associate Judge (Conjuez) of the Civil Chamber of the Superior Court of Medellín. Throughout his career, he has been a professor at various universities across the country, teaching numerous generations of law students and attorneys.

As legal counsel in civil matters, he has represented clients in over 1,500 proceedings, achieving landmark rulings that have become important judicial precedents in Colombia. Teaching Experience.
