Track record.

With over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, she has held prominent positions, including more than 20 years as an Attorney in the Legal Affairs Directorate and as Acting Director of the Departmental Secretariat of Health and Social Protection of Antioquia. In this role, she provided legal counsel and support in procurement and bidding processes, drafted and reviewed contract templates, and issued legal opinions. She represented the entity in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, answered legal queries, and prepared reports for oversight bodies.

Her experience also includes drafting administrative acts, handling administrative appeals, and reviewing legal status applications for nonprofit health service providers.

In the private sector, she works as a legal advisor in commercial law, specially contracts management. Additionally, she handles constitutional actions (tutelas), which highlights her capacity to address a wide range of legal matters in both the public and private sectors
